Pretty Tails Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Pretty Tails, our top priority is your pet’s happiness and ensuring that your shopping experience is smooth and stress-free. If you ever need to cancel or return your order, this policy will guide you through the process.

  • If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, simply contact us via WhatsApp/email.

  • For prepaid orders β†’ refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

  • Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you can refuse/reject the delivery. Once the parcel is returned to our warehouse, we will process your refund.

πŸ’΅ COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders

  • For COD orders, you must make the full payment at the time of delivery.

  • If you reject/refuse delivery, no refund will apply since no payment was made.

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item after accepting delivery, you can raise a return request. But With Proof : [Video & image MODE] Both

  • Refunds for COD orders will be made via bank transfer/UPI, since COD reversals are not possible.

We always strive to deliver the best quality, but for hygiene and safety reasons, certain products are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless received in a damaged or faulty condition.
Non-returnable items include:

  • Pet food, treats

  • Grooming products (shampoo, brushes, etc.)

  • Toys (due to hygiene reasons)

  • Personalized items (e.g., engraved name tags)

  • Bedding & accessories (mats, beds, blankets, crates, tents, scratchers, litter items)

🚚 Return Process

  • Submit your return request via email/WhatsApp.

  • Once the product is received at our warehouse, it will be inspected.

  • Refund/replacement confirmation will be provided within 2–5 working days.

  • If pickup service is not available, you may need to ship the item to our provided address.

  • Prepaid Orders β†’ Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

  • COD Orders β†’ Refunds will be made via bank transfer/UPI within 5–7 working days (customers must share account details).
